To ensure absolute clarity within this framework:

  • Payment Information: Encompasses the secure data required to facilitate transactions for our premium assessment suites.
  • Automated Analytics: Refers to the technical identifiers and usage metrics harvested during your interaction with our digital environment.

We believe in purposeful data collection. Nodus gathers information that you proactively provide—such as during account initialization, through detailed support inquiries, or via participation in our specialized ADHD assessment flows. The primary personal data we collect is your email address.

Payment Information: The Payment Information We may collect is limited to the minimum necessary to facilitate transactions: date of purchase, the cardholder's full name, and a unique payment identifier (Payment ID). Please note that Nodus does not directly store or process your full credit card numbers; these are handled securely by our PCI-compliant payment processors.

Furthermore, our infrastructure automatically captures technical environmental data (Automated Analytics). This includes IP addresses, unique hardware identifiers (such as IDFA/IDFV for iOS or Android Advertising ID), device models, operating system versions, and nuanced engagement statistics. While the Nodus web platform currently does not require precise GPS location or camera access for its core assessment, some optional features or future mobile integrations may request these permissions with your explicit consent. While these analytics are primarily used for system refinement, we treat all specialized identifiers with the same level of care and regulatory diligence as personal data.

Youth Privacy: The Nodus platform is engineered for an audience of 13 years and older. We recognize that our community includes teenagers (ages 13-17) and adults (18+). We do not knowingly facilitate accounts for children under 13 without explicit, verifiable parental or guardian authorization, in compliance with regulations such as COPPA. Should we identify any unauthorized data belonging to a child under 13, it will be subjected to immediate and permanent deletion from our systems.

3. Objective and Utilization

Our commitment to your data goes beyond simple storage. We utilize your information to:

Legal Retention: We are legally required to maintain specific transaction records (payment data, amounts, receipt IDs) for a period of up to 5 years for financial and regulatory audit purposes. This data is disconnected from your profile upon account deletion.

To provide exceptional and responsive assistance, Nodus utilizes sophisticated AI-powered support tools. These systems process your queries to deliver rapid, accurate solutions. By engaging with our support channels, you acknowledge the use of AI in optimizing your experience. 11. Your Sovereignty over Data

You possess the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data held within our systems. Nodus is dedicated to facilitating these requests efficiently.

Account and Data Deletion: You may terminate your account and request complete data removal by using our Account Deletion Form or by sending an email to support@nodusapp.pro with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and provide confirmation once deletion is complete.
